New Features on myGroupSource

Starting Monday, September 30, 2019, plan members who use the myGroupSource claims platform will have access to enhanced features on the ‘My Benefits’ page.
The ‘My Benefits’ page will now display more information on covered benefits, including:
- members’ policy number
- dependent information
- tool tips
- an indicator if additional coverage is available
Summary information about Life, Disability, and Critical Illness coverage will also be displayed on this page, indicating ‘covered’ or ‘not covered’ as it applies to the individual member.
Communicating this change
Plan members will be notified of these changes through standard update notices in the Apple App Store and Google Play, as well as through banner messaging within myGroupSource web and mobile platforms.
