groupSource provides a free online account service for benefits Plan Administrators called WEBS™ Online Administration (WEBS), through which you can make changes to your employee coverage details, manage invoices, and more.
If you do not have a WEBS account yet, or would like assistance setting-up your account, please talk to your groupSource Coordinator, Client-Services, who will be happy to help you.

- Some web browsers may behave unexpectedly with our web service, depending on the features they support. If you encounter any issues with WEBS, a good first step is to try another browser. We do our best to test the site for compatibility with leading browsers, but the technology is always evolving.
- If you are using Internet Explorer, you must use version 9.0 or later.
If you have technical problems with our online service, please contact your groupSource representative, or fill out our contact form to submit a technical support request.
Once you have setup your account, groupSource staff cannot see your password, and cannot tell you what it is if you forget it.
