The eProfile™ Mobile App is the perfect companion to your online account. Review your claims history, look-up your coverage details, check your benefits totals, and more.
If you do not have an eProfile™ account yet, and your benefits plan includes dental or extended health care coverage, please visit the site and follow the registration instructions found under "Register Now." The Mobile App uses the same credentials as your eProfile™ account.

- Some web browsers may behave unexpectedly with our web service, depending on the features they support. If you encounter any issues with eProfile™, a good first step is to try another browser. We do our best to test the site for compatibility with leading browsers, but the technology is always evolving.
- If you experience connectivity issues with the Mobile App, it can often be as simple as waiting until another time of day (if your network is just busy), or switching between wi-fi and cellular connections. Additional support for the Mobile App can be found on the eProfile™ Mobile App page.

Once you have set your own password, groupSource staff cannot see it, and cannot tell you what it is if you forget it.
