We achieve this through our client services team who works closely with employers and their employees, our insurance partners, advisors and co-workers to provide reliable, unbiased information relevant to specific concerns and questions.

Each customer has an assigned Co-ordinator of Client Services; a knowledgeable and experienced person who provides the following: 

Personalized, on-site training

Co-ordinators will visit your office to meet with plan administrators, showing how and when to use certain resources and field basic questions from your employees.

On-site employee meetings

Co-ordinators will meet with your employees, outlining and clarifying benefit plan coverage and providing instruction on how to effectively use their benefit plan.

Coordination of information

We will keep your documentation for plan design and amendments up-to-date.

Timely response

Your telephone inquiries are important, and will be returned within one working day.

"Front-line" resource services

Co-ordinators will provide assistance in the interpretation of contractual and administrative provisions.

A firm understanding

Co-ordinators stay on top of provincial employment regulations and standards.

Monitoring of sensitive claims

Our professional staff will work with you through difficult claims, such as for Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment, with compassion and full respect for your privacy.
