At groupSource, our aim is to provide highly responsive client service. We achieve this through our client services team who works closely with employers and their employees, our insurance partners, advisors and co-workers to provide reliable, unbiased information relevant to specific concerns and questions.
Each customer has an assigned Co-ordinator of Client Services; a knowledgeable and experienced person who provides the following:
Personalized, on-site training
meetings with plan administrators showing how and when to use certain resources and field basic questions
On-site employee meetings
outlining and clarifying benefit plan coverage and providing instruction on how to effectively use their benefit plan
Coordination of information
documentation for plan design and amendments
Timely response
to telephone inquiries within one working day
"Front-line" resource services
including assistance in the interpretation of contractual and administrative provisions
A firm understanding
of provincial employment regulations and standards
Monitoring of sensitive claims
such as Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Clear and complete information
regarding complex claim issues
